On Thursday 21st June, Gatton Manor is staging a unique all day golf promotion – “The LONGEST DRIVE on the LONGEST HOLE on the LONGEST DAY” – to create a new longest drive record.
A prize (an overnight stay for 2 at Gatton Manor, dinner, bed & breakfast, plus 2 rounds of golf) will be awarded to the person who can break the existing record and establish the new one. Callaway will be in attendance at the 17th between 11am to 4pm allowing competitors to try out their new range of drivers (including the FTi and FT5).
Entry is open to all members who play a round on the day, societies and visitors (who pay a full green fee).
For those who are unable to play a full round on the day, join us between 5pm and 7pm at the 17th tee and try your luck. We would however ask that you make a voluntary contribution to the Captain’s Charity (the RNLI).
