Gatton Manor, the Hotel and Golf Club based in Ockley, is celebrating its success in winning this years West Sussex County Times Business Awards (WSCT), beating fifteen local entries. This follows on quickly from its earlier triumph back in February, when Gatton was announced the 2008 winners of the Customer Service Award at this years Surrey Business Awards.

The WSCT Business Awards comprised of 9 different categories related to key areas of business services from, individual merit to environmental issues. The customer care award was based on a strict elimination process, comprising of a detailed nomination paper, allowing participants to give positive statements to support their nomination. The selected finalists then faced the agonising wait of the awards dinner to hear the announcement of the lucky winners!
The gala award ceremony was held on Friday 16th May at South Lodge Hotel in Lower Beeding and included dinner and evening entertainment.
