PART-TIME RECEPTION & EVENTS ADMINISTRATOR (22 Hours per week fixed term to October 2017)
 As part of a small team, the part-time reception and events administrator will play a vital role at Gatton Manor.
You will be committed to providing excellent customer service to all our guests. In any given shift you may check people into the hotel, book a golf break, deal with a conference enquiry or liaise with our travel agency partners. 

This is a varied role and would suit someone who is flexible, reliable, hardworking and looking for part-time hours (mostly, although not exclusively, evenings and weekends). Due to our rural location the applicant will need their own transport. 

The ideal applicant will be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience of the ESP booking system is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

Working as part of a friendly team of 5, you will be responsible for maintaining the 18 hole woodland golf course and grounds at Gatton Manor Golf Club, Ockley. 

Reporting directly to the Course Manager, your duties will include (but not be limited to);
Course set up, divoting, raking bunkers, changing pin positions, strimming, mowing with pedestrian and ride on mowers, range ball collecting.

Full training will be provided for the seasonal greenkeeper.  

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable team players, willing to work in all weathers. All roles will be on a shift rota basis and will include weekend work. Due to our rural location, applicants will need their own transport.

Are you a keen golfer? Do you have previous customer service experience? 

If so, this job could be perfect for you. We are looking the golf retail team at Gatton Manor Hotel & Golf Club for the rapidly approaching golf season.
Working in our golf shop, you will take bookings, check in golfers and sell golf merchandise. You will ideally have a strong understanding of golf, some retail experience and basic IT skills but personality and a customer service approach are as important. 

During the main golfing season, the Golf Shop is open from 7.00am to 6.00pm 7 days a week, and shifts will be required between these hours. Weekend working is essential. 

The successful applicant will require their own transport as we are based in a rural location.
